Aromas: There is an ever present smell of cooked agave along with a fresh mixture of herbal and citric notes, where lime, lemongrass and orange blossom stand out, along with
a mild but noticeable smokiness due to the agave cooking process.
Palate: at first, one notices a mild sweetness and smokiness from cooked agave, followed by crisp notes of mint, grapefruit and orange blossom that end up with slightly spicy notes
of white pepper and lemongrass. This mezcal displays a good body and a velvety texture in throat where the flavor is not overwhelmed by its alcoholic content.
